Overview

Taj Mahal is perhaps one of the most awe-inspiring structure present in India. It is the symbol of the true love of Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, wrought in white marble. The ‘Tour of Taj with Tiger’ will take you to this majestic monument of love. Besides Taj Mahal, the journey includes 4 days safari ride in the Bandhavgarh National Park.

Itinerary Details

Day 1: Delhi (Arrival) 

  • Upon your arrival at the Delhi international airport, meet and smooth transfer to the hotel.
  • Now, you have a choice for city tours and leisurely evening in the hotel. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi 

  • After morning breakfast, embark on a full day sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi.
  • The tourist attractions you will visit include Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Chandani Chowk. Explore the bustling lanes of Chandani Chowk via Rickshaw ride.
  • The top places you will visit in New Delhi include Rashtrapati Bhawan, Qutub Minar, India Gate,  Lotus  Temple and Humayun’s Tomb. Stay overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi – Agra 

  • After breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Agra. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel to relax.
  • Thereafter, set off to explore the picturesque beauty of Taj Mahal and the magnificent Agra Fort.
  • Stay overnight at the hotel in Agra.

Day 4: Agra – Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve 

  • In the morning, either relax in the hotel or enjoy the morning views of the Taj Mahal.
  • In the evening, you  will be transferred to the Railway station to board the connecting train to Umaria. Overnight on board the train.

Day 5: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve

  • Today arrive at the Umaria Railway Station. Meet our tour representative who will assist your transfer to the wildlife resort in the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve.
  • Check-in and relax. An afternoon safari is booked for you. Enjoy the thrilling ride in the jeep where you can easily spot some of the wild inhabitants of the sanctuary.
  • Return to your resort for the night. Enjoy bonfires or cultural programs organized in your resort.

Day 6: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve 

  • Start the day early with the chirp of birds. Today an entire day of game safari is organized for you.
  • Explore the depth of the forests to visit wildlife species in their natural habitats. Enhance the safari experience, following the rules of the forest and not leaving any pollutants that may damage the ecology. Carry camera, water bottle, protective clothes and binoculars. In the summer heat it is quite easy to spot animals as they often come out for water. Spot the ferocious royal Bengal Tigers. Nilgai, Chausingha, Chital, Chinkara, Wild Boar and sometimes a Fox or Jackal also can be spotted.
  •  After the well-spent day return to the resort for rest.

Day 7: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve 

  • The chirp of birds and the melodies of wilderness will wake you up.
  • Today the day is planned with another fun-filled day of safari. On schedule is also a visit to the Bandhavgarh Fort.
  • Discover the mysterious heart of Madhya Pradesh. Enjoy bird-watching. There are numerous species of avians to explore. The Vindhya ranges of Bandhavgarh and the mix of dense tropical forests, fields, scrub and wetland are captivating for the birds to make this location their favorable habitat. There are more than 150 species of birds.
  •  Return to your wildlife resort for the night.

Day 8: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve

  • In morning and evening safari in the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 9: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve – Delhi 

  • Following an early morning safari ride in the Bandhavgarh National Park and spotting the majestic tiger prowling in their territory, return back to your resort to relax.
  • In the evening, board the evening train from Umaria to Delhi. Overnight stay on board the train.

Day 10: Delhi – Further Destination  

  • The charming Kanha Bandhavgarh Tour ends today. Check-out of your hotel and start for your journey to home. The fond memories of the wilderness of Madhya Pradesh go with you.

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Anything which is not include in the inclusion.
