Overview
Rajaji National Park is known for its faultless beautiful magnificence and rich biodiversity. A safe house for nature beaus and untamed life devotees, the natural life of the recreation center is honored with elephants, tigers, panthers and deer as its best known life frames.
Three asylums in the Dehradun Shivaliks – Rajaji, Motichur and Chilla were amalgamated into an extensive ensured range and named Rajaji National ParkWildlife in Rajaji National Park in the year 1983 after the acclaimed flexibility contender Late Sri C. Rajgopalachari, popularlyknown as Rajaji. Itinerary Details
- Morning drive to haridwar, and check into wildlife resort near Rajaji National Park. “Rajaji National park” is spread over an area of 820.42 sq. km. in three Districts – Dehradun, Haridwar & Pauri Garhwal of Uttarakhand. it has got the largest area representing Shivalik Ecosystem. Imp animals one can locate in Rajaji National Park are Tiger, Leopard, Himalayan Bear, Chital, hog deer, barking deer, Sambar deer, wild boar, antelopes such as the Nilgai, Goral, Jackal, Hyena, Jungle Cat, Leopard Cat, Civets, Himalayan Yellow-Throated Marten, Sloth Bears, Pythons, King Cobra, Common Krait, Indian Cobra and the Monitor Lizard and above All the Asian Elephant. After lunch we will take you for a safari into the national park. Overnight stay at wildlife resort.
- Morning elephant safari into the Rajaji national park, after lunch at resort we will take you for a jeep safari to explore the park on jeep, overnight stay at wildlife resort.
- Morning after breakfast sightseeing tour of haridwar including all the imp temples. Later drive to Delhi.
